Welcome to Quotesake! By accessing or using our app or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Quotesake, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Quotesake. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content (including quotes) you submit to Quotesake. However, by saving content to our servers, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display anonymized versions of the content (e.g., quotes with first names only) for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

We will never display last names or other personally identifiable information in public use without explicit consent.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purposes
• Submit content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the integrity of the app or its services

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quotesake and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
