How do I add a quote?
Tap the big coral + in the bottom bar, pick who said it, type what they said, and save. You can add a photo or a voice recording too.
What is a Room?
A Room is a group of people and the quotes they keep together. Your family is a Room — so is a wedding, a workplace, or a group of friends. Each Room keeps its own people, quotes and books, and nothing crosses between them. Your first Room is always free; hosting more than one is part of Quotesake+.
What is a Circle?
A Circle is a smaller group inside a Room — like a private group text. Everyone in the Room sees what you share with the Room. Use a Circle when you’d rather only some of them see it.
You don’t need one. A Room works on its own, so a retirement party or a wedding can just be a Room where everybody contributes. Make a Circle for Grandparents or Close Friends when you want a quote to go to only them.
What happens if I leave a Circle?
You leave only that group. You stay in the Room and carry on seeing everything shared with the Room, plus any other Circles you’re in. You just stop seeing what goes to the Circle you left. Anything you already shared to it stays there for everyone else.
Leaving the Room is the bigger one — that’s what takes it off your Room list and stops you seeing anything in it.
Who can share my child’s quotes?
Only people you have trusted to add quotes — that is you, a co-owner, or a contributor. Someone you invited as a viewer can read the quotes shared with them and get updates, but they cannot send a quote out of the app. If you’d like someone to be able to pass a quote along, change their role to contributor in the app under Profile → People.
How do I share quotes with my family?
Invite them to your Room. Everyone in the Room sees what’s shared with the Room, so that’s all you need to do. If you’d rather a particular quote went to only some of them, put those people in a Circle and choose that Circle when you save it.
How do I order a printed Quote Book?
Go to the Quote Books section, pick your style, and follow the steps — your book is printed and shipped right to your door.
I deleted something by mistake
Nothing is gone straight away. Anything you delete waits in the Trash for 30 days — quotes, people, Circles, carousels and Quote Books — and you can put any of it back from Profile → Settings → Trash. Photos and voice recordings come back with it. After 30 days the Trash empties itself.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. You then get 30 days to change your mind — nothing is touched during that time, and simply signing back in cancels the deletion. After 30 days it is permanently deleted. Quotes you shared into a Room stay with that Room for the people still in it, without your name on them; anything you kept to yourself goes. You can also email us and we’ll take care of it.
One important thing: deleting your account does not cancel Quotesake+. Apple handles that separately, in the Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.
